Shipping policy
UK orders are typically despatched within 1 working day. We currently use Royal Mail for all orders.
Free Royal Mail 48 Tracked is used for all orders over £50. This typically takes 2-3 working days from despatch. If you need your item faster you can select Royal Mail 24 Tracked (1-2 days from despatch) or one of the Royal Mail Special Delivery options in the checkout. We now offer Sunday deliveries when selecting Tracked 24 or Special Delivery services on a Saturday before 12 noon. If a public holiday falls on a Sunday, then Royal Mail will not deliver until the next working day. Orders with paid upgrades will be despatched same day providing your order is placed before 12 noon Monday to Saturday. If the order is received after 12 or on a Sunday or Bank Holiday, it will be despatched the following working day using the chosen service. If a product carries any other shipping time this will be noted on the product page or at checkout.
Please note the only guaranteed next day service is Special Delivery. Tracked 24 is stated as next day delivery aim. While the majority of Tracked 24 are delivered next day, if you you need a guaranteed service then please select Special Delivery.
Standard Special Delivery is guaranteed next day but can be any time that day. If you need an early delivery please select Special Delivery 1pm.
As soon as your product is prepared for despatch you will receive a confirmation email which will contain your tracking reference. Unfortunately once you receive this notification we are unable to cancel any order. If your product has been despatched via a tracked service, the reference will allow you to follow your order's progress right through to delivery. All parcels receive a doorstep scan, so even if a service without tracking is used, it is still scanned on delivery, however you will not be able to follow your parcel's journey but proof of delivery is confirmed by Royal Mail. Please ensure you check your spam if you have not received an order confirmation or tracking email as they may have gone there depending on your spam settings.
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays with Royal Mail once we purchase their service on your behalf and hand the parcel to them in good faith.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Royal Mail 48 parcels are despatched next working day with a delivery time of 2-3 working days from despatch.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 parcels are despatched next working day with a delivery time of 2-3 working days from despatch.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 parcels are despatched same day (Mon-Sat) if placed before 12 noon or next working day if after 12 noon. Delivery time is 1-2 days from despatch and deliveries are 7 days a week.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day parcels are despatched same day (Mon-Sat) if placed before 12 noon, or next working day if after 12 noon. Delivery time is guaranteed the day after despatch and are delivered 7 days a week. No specific time of day is guaranteed.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm parcels are despatched same day (Mon-Sat) if placed before 12 noon, or next working day if after 12 noon. Delivery time is guaranteed by 1pm the day after despatch (Mon-Sat only). Guaranteed 1pm delivery is not available on Sundays.
Note: On some occasions deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland can take slightly longer, so please bear this in mind when selecting your delivery service.
EXCEPTIONS FOR SUNDAY DELIVERY
There are certain postcode restrictions for delivery of items on a Sunday.
