Returns Policy

Please ensure that you accept this policy before making any purchase.

Returns
Our refund policy lasts a maximum of 28 days. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it, and the item must be unused. We must receive your returned, unused item within 14 days of your notification. This gives a maximum of 28 days for refunds. No refunds can be made outside of this time period.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the exact condition that you received it. It must be in its original product packaging with any internal packaging fully intact.

Once you start to use an item, you are accepting that you have decided to keep the item and will no longer be eligible for a refund. This does not affect your rights under any warranty, to have faulty goods repaired or replaced.

We do not accept the return of some health and personal care items such as hairbrushes, makeup brushes and dermaplaners for hygiene reasons.  Other products can be returned providing they meet the above eligibility criteria.

Please check that you are eligible for a return before sending any product back to us. If you send something back that is not eligible for a return you may be required to cover postage costs to have this sent back to you.

Refunds (if applicable)
We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receipt. If approved your refund will be processed and funds returned to your credit card or original method of payment. If your original payment was via one of our approved resellers or Buy Now Pay Later flexible payment providers, they will process your refund on confirmation from us that your refund was approved. If it is more than 5 working days since we received your return, please get in touch via shop@beautaholics.com.

If your item was purchased by someone else and given to you as a gift, refunds can only be made to the original purchaser.

If you either pay postage for an order under £50 or upgrade to a chargeable delivery option, you will receive a full refund of the product price, but postage costs will not be refunded as this would have been used to despatch your order to you.

Repair or Replacements (if applicable)
We will replace items under warranty if they are defective or damaged and cannot be repaired. All electrical items carry a 12-month guarantee from the date of purchase. If returned within 12 months and found to be faulty following inspection, the item will be repaired or a replacement arranged. Any faulty products returned to us will be safely disposed of on your behalf. We aim to process all returns under warranty within 5 working days. If it is more than 5 working days since we received your return, please get in touch via shop@beautaholics.com. 

Cancellations
Unfortunately once your order is received and your order confirmation email is sent, we are unable to cancel the order as this would have already gone to be processed.

Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service that includes insurance to the relevant value, so that you are covered for any loss or damage of the item being returned. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item as this will be in the hands of your chosen courier. Using a trackable, insured service is in your interest. 

Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays with Royal Mail, or any courier once their service is purchased and the parcel handed to them in good faith. We will however assist with any queries you may have wherever possible.

Christmas Gifts
For Christmas gifts bought in November or December, you have until 5th January to return providing the item is unused and in the exact condition that you received it. It must be in its original product packaging with any internal packaging fully intact.

How to return your item
Please only start a return once you have checked that your item meets the Returns Policy. If you are unsure, you can check by emailing us at shop@beautaholics.com advising of your order number and the reason for return. We will log your return and take the appropriate action on receipt of your item, as per our policy detailed above. Should we find on receipt of your return, that you do not meet the criteria in the returns policy, e.g. the item has been used, or inner packaging is missing, the item will be returned to you and you may be required to cover the return postage costs.

Your name, address and order number as a minimum should be enclosed in your parcel when sending the item back to us at the below address.
